  • The Logistics and Distribution Supervisor is responsible for ensuring compliant and efficient import/export processes, leading all customs-related activities, and managing distribution center shipments with measurable impact on operational performance.
  • You will collaborate with customs authorities as the competent expert for import and export, including creation of all required customs documents and leading customs audits.
  • This role offers the opportunity to drive and improve Logistics & Distribution KPIs, facilitate problem-solving processes, and lead a team of associates to optimize customs and logistics workflows.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or similar
  • 3-5 years of experience in logistics and supply chain
  • Excellent EU customs authorities experience (UZK)
  • Proven customs documentation creation experience (UZK)
  • Advanced ATLAS experience
  • 3PL operations management experience
  • Leadership and team management experience
  • Fluent in German and English
