Job Summary

  • The Associate Director, Milvexian Integrated Analytics, is responsible for leading integrated analytics to generate new business insights and uncover growth opportunities for J&J Milvexian within the New Products and Business Development team.
  • This individual will closely partner with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and other business partners and a unique alliance with BMS: delivering business building recommendations, shaping decision-making, and driving organizational action.
  • The position plays a key role in advising leadership and guiding the business in the development and evaluation of new and existing strategies and tactics and as a result, shares accountability for business results.

Key Requirements

  • BA/BS Required; Advanced Degree Desirable
  • At least 7 years of relevant business experience
  • Experience with pharma datasets
  • Deep proficiency of analytics applications (SQL, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PowerBI Tableau)
  • Knowledge and experience across a broad spectrum of analytic approaches
  • Ability to perform longitudinal claims analysis
  • Proven success partnering across business teams
  • Fluency in storytelling and developing effective presentations
  • Demonstrated ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy and integrity
  • High degree of comfort navigating ambiguity
