** The North Carolina Department of Commerce is seeking a Workforce Credentials Fellow to help develop and implement workforce development strategies. This hybrid position requires a bachelor's degree and experience in workforce or economic development, offering competitive state benefits. **

Job Summary

  • These positions will address both issues of quality and accessibility of the target populations, in the strategy development phase, evidence-based strategies with known efficacy, and in particular, proven effectiveness for the target populations.
  • The fellow works alongside Council leadership and staff to implement strategies, the fellow will support fidelity of implementation and ensure that those target populations are able to access the implemented strategies in a way that is relevant for their context and/or specific needs and provides quality outcomes.
