The primary purpose of this role is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Essential duties include assisting residents with daily functions such as bathing, dressing, and mouth care, as well as monitoring and recording vital signs.
The position requires maintaining resident confidentiality and reporting any changes in resident condition or incidents promptly to the Nurse Supervisor.
