Administration of the construction project; assisting the Project Manager in management of the construction project.

Estimate, prepare and negotiate Change Orders
Write subcontract Change Orders
Set up and maintain CMiC system
Prepare bid packages and solicit bids
Review plans for completeness and accuracy

Supervise and train Project Engineers

Key Requirements
Special Projects Experience Needed
Engineering, Construction Management or Architectural degree, or equivalent experience
Thorough understanding of plans and specifications
Field experience (Project Engineer or Assistant Superintendent)
