The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in contract management and data governance within the financial services industry, and will play a critical role in enhancing compliance and accelerating revenue-generating initiatives

Job Summary

  • Partner across Legal, Data Governance, AI Governance, Sales, Finance, and Delivery to move contracts and data use cases efficiently through evaluation, approval, negotiation, and execution.
  • Lead contract lifecycle activities including conversion, repapering, template finalization, post-acquisition audits, and timely resolution of contract redlines for large contracts.
  • Triage and advance Data Use Cases (AI, New Products, Data), ensuring contract and data governance considerations are addressed in a coordinated and efficient manner.
