Job Summary
You will serve as Assistant Site Lead with accountability for overall site performance, acting as deputy to the Site Lead with authority to make operational decisions in consultation with the Site Lead.
Your primary responsibility is maintaining all site facilities hard services, civil, structural and architectural systems in optimal condition while ensuring site-level KPIs, deliverables, and compliance standards are consistently met.
You must follow Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and EHS requirements while managing facility and HVAC operations to support daily client operations and general business activities with 24/7 standby responsibilities.
