Job Summary
This position is responsible for maximizing results and achieving sustainable business growth through the development and implementation of marketing strategies for a newly launched SAS product portfolio (intraocular lenses and other cataract-related products).
Collaborate with the Head of the Ophthalmology Division to formulate annual and mid-to-long-term marketing strategies and budgets, and conduct sales forecast analysis.
Maintain close communication with stakeholders at HQ (Germany) to provide feedback on customer needs and contribute to product development and improvement, while adhering to compliance and medical device regulations.

Salary
Base: ¥6,000,000 - ¥9,500,000 annually; Bonus/Equity: Included in annual salary; Benefits: Included
