Job Summary
This role drives the modernization of the workplace environment to increase productivity and efficiency and supports the digital transformation journey.
The individual will be responsible for all Site IT and End-User IT assets (hardware, software and network) related to Prudential’s office-sites in Bangalore and Mumbai.
Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and procedures to minimize downtime and data loss in the event of network outages, natural disasters, or other emergencies.
