The Enterprise Portfolio Management Office owns the health and integrity of Portfolio Performance Management, driving R&D data analysis, business insights, KPI/metric tracking.
The role drives a systematic approach to ensuring operating discipline, delivers analytics & insights for key reporting deliverables and supports rollout of portfolio initiatives (including automation/AI).
Lead PRISM Execution Excellence operating model to set and drive standards across all R&D portfolios, ensuring Data Integrity and real time project health monitoring through the project exception process.
