Float team members work in all 3 Corewell Health Emergency Department locations, requiring adaptability in a fast-paced medical setting.
This position covers 3rd shift with variable work hours and requires a minimum of 4 weekend shifts a month.
The scope of work includes assisting patients and families with complex psychosocial needs, such as discharge planning, abuse/neglect intervention, and behavioral health concerns.
