The Administrative Assistant coordinates logistics for meetings, manages equipment requests, and acts as a liaison between the Business Unit and cross-functional areas such as Finance and HR.
Candidates must demonstrate strong organizational skills, the ability to handle confidential information with discretion, and proficiency in using corporate systems like SAP and Ariba.

Must-have
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 5 years administrative experience
