Key Requirements

  • Manufacturer training and ability to perform repairs with no supervision
  • Manufacturer certified in Lube, Engine, Suspension/Steering, Brake, Electrical, and A/C repair
  • Minimum of 3 ASE certifications (ASE Master Technician preferred)
  • Greater than 105% Customer Pay Repairs proficiency
  • Three to five years of Automotive Technical Knowledge experience
