Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree in science or engineering
  • 3+ years experience in Quality or Manufacturing
  • Knowledge of FDA and Health Canada regulations
  • Experience with GMP compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in LEAN and continuous improvement
  • Ability to lead CAPA and nonconformance processes

Nice-to-have

  • Six Sigma Black or Green Belt certification
  • ASQ Certified Quality Engineer credential
  • ISO 9001 or 13485 Lead Auditor certification
  • Strong analytical skills for trend analysis
  • Prior leadership on moderate to large projects
  • Experience training staff on quality systems

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3+ years broad experience in Quality/Manufacturing
  • FDA and Health Canada regulatory knowledge
  • LEAN/Continuous Improvement application skills
  • Trainer capability demonstrated
  • Preferred: Six Sigma or ASQ certifications
