Job Summary

  • The Kitchen Steward is responsible for the overall cleanliness of kitchen areas and dishware, tableware, and service ware under the guidance of the Kitchen Supervisors.
  • Cleans according to standards broilers, deep fryers, grills, ovens, range hoods, ware washing machines, floors, and walk-ins.
  • The employee may also be required to lift, push, and pull up to 50lbs.
