  • The Audiovisual Service Technician is to provide end user training, troubleshooting, and issue resolutions to a variety of government customers and work closely with AV engineers, AV installation technicians and other team members to ensure a smooth end user experience of all AV systems.
  • Perform onsite AV system troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair to ensure high levels of operational readiness and provide meeting and event support including set-up, in-meeting assistance, and post event breakdown or support.

Summary pay range for Associate (Level 2): $75,650.00 - $102,350.00; Summary pay range for Mid-Level (Level 3): $96,050.00 - $129,950.00; Summary pay range for Senior (Level 4): $119,850.00 - $162,150.00

Key Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI U.S. Security Clearance
  • Current Counterintelligence Polygraph (CIP)
  • 1+ years of related work experience (Level 2)
  • 3+ years of related work experience (Level 3)
  • 5+ years of related work experience (Level 4)
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to walk, stand, climb, bend, twist, squat, kneel
  • Experience with Biamp, QSC, Cisco, Crestron, Extron, Thinklogical
