Key Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
Licensed pharmacist in the State of Michigan
Recent inpatient pharmacy experience within past 5 years
ASHP-accredited residency preferred (PGY-1/PGY-2)
Work Rights
Must be licensed in Michigan; US work authorization implied by state licensure requirement
