Key Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
  • Licensed pharmacist in the State of Michigan
  • Recent inpatient pharmacy experience within past 5 years
  • ASHP-accredited residency preferred (PGY-1/PGY-2)
