Base: National $103,900-$129,000; Premium $112,500-$140,600; Premium Plus $122,200-$152,800; Bonus/Equity: Annual bonuses and equity in publicly-traded company; Benefits: Health insurance, flexible time off, retirement savings, and remote work stipend
