Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 5-10 years as Estimator or Cost Manager
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
  • Strong knowledge of architectural drawings and planning concepts
  • Ability to generate AACE level 1-5 cost evaluations
  • Expertise in estimating software and benchmarking tools

Nice-to-have

  • Knowledge of Cost-X or On-Screen Takeoff software
  • Professional certification in project management (AACE, RICS)
  • Intermediate to Expert level in Excel, Project, PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with procurement and tendering processes
  • Experience leading teams in fast-paced environments

Key Requirements

  • 5-10 years experience as Estimator, Cost Manager or similar
  • Bachelor's degree from accredited institution
