This role requires championing absolute trust and accessibility by ensuring all components strictly adhere to global standards like WCAG 2.2/3.0 while maintaining backward compatibility.
Candidates will bridge the gap between traditional UI and next-generation conversational interfaces by designing semantic metadata schemas that allow Large Language Models to safely interact with UI components.

Base: $172,500 - $313,700 annually ($207,800 - $344,700 in SF/NYC metro); Bonus/Equity: Not specified; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid parental leave, stock purchasing program
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5+ years software product management experience
Deep understanding of design systems principles
Fluency in React, Web Components, or Lightning Web Components
Knowledge of CSS custom properties and design tokens
Expertise in WCAG 2.2/3.0 and Section 508 accessibility standards
Strong working knowledge of LLMs and agentic workflows
Experience bridging creative designers and technical engineers
Nice-to-have
Hands-on familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Platform
Experience building creator tooling or IDE plugins
Proven track record leading cross-functional global initiatives
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) credential
Salesforce Certified Administrator credentials
