Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Enterprise sales experience in B2B technology
Selling into large Korean enterprises
New business and expansion in large enterprise accounts
Managing complex buying processes
Engaging CIO and IT leadership
Fluent Korean and business-level English
Nice-to-have
Familiarity with HCM, HR tech, ERP, finance solutions
Experience with AI, automation, and data platform strategy
Working with global and local partners to co-sell
Highly self-driven and entrepreneurial
Strong hunting and account expansion skills
Key Requirements
7+ years enterprise sales experience
Experience selling to large Korean enterprises
Consistent quota achievement in consultative sales
Proven ability to influence CIO and business leaders
