Job Summary
PATH is a global nonprofit dedicated to achieving health equity by strengthening health systems and improving access to essential services in Mozambique.
The consultant will support the FAST initiative by clarifying how health system performance data is used to drive planning, coordination, and accountability within MISAU.
This role focuses on defining priority use cases and establishing a foundation for action rather than designing technical solutions.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Advanced university degree in Public Health or related field
8-10 years experience in health data systems and analytics
Fluency in Portuguese and professional proficiency in English
Experience working with government institutions on data use
Stakeholder mapping and process analysis capabilities
Nice-to-have
Familiarity with Mozambique's health sector architecture
Prior experience supporting bilateral agreements or MOUs
Knowledge of health system interoperability initiatives
Experience with USG Memorandum of Understanding processes
Key Requirements
Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or Data Science
Minimum 8-10 years of progressively responsible experience
Required fluency in Portuguese language
Demonstrated experience with MISAU or similar government contexts
