Job Summary

  • As an Assistant Fitness Manager, you will primarily focus on conducting welcome workouts with new members, guiding them through their initial fitness experiences at our gym, and helping them get started with a personal training program.
  • Drive sales by promoting personal training packages and building strong rapport with members, consistently meeting or exceeding performance goals.
