  • Experience with digitization projects preferred
  • Understanding of metadata creation preferred
  • Knowledge of OCR output optimization preferred
  • Knowledge of HTML and/or XML
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Access
  • Strong organizational, data entry, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Occasional travel for training
  • Ability to lift 40 lbs.
  • Valid Arkansas driver's license
  • Proof of legal authority to work in the United States
