Job Summary

  • This role will be responsible for the design and development of a diverse set of learning materials to support our Retail Banking Teams including Branch and Café Ambassadors and Small Business Associates.
  • This individual will partner closely with key business partners to translate business intent into engaging learning materials, with a focus (though not exclusively) on digital-first learning methods.
  • As a Principle learning designer, you will partner with SMEs, Project Managers, Facilitators, Learning Consultants, and other Learning Experience Designers to design, develop, implement, scale, and continuously improve key performance indicators.

Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
  • At least 4 years of experience in Instructional Design
  • At least 4 years of experience with learning content development tools
  • 5+ years of Training Design and Development for digital modalities
  • 1+ years of experience in UI/UX and graphic design
  • 2+ years of experience with mobile content creation, curation and delivery
  • 2+ years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Proficiency with Google Suite
