Key Requirements
Proven experience in commercial real estate sales, tenant representation, or corporate leasing
Strong transaction track record
Demonstrated success in business development, client acquisition, and revenue generation
Strong understanding of local and regional office/leasing markets
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
High level of ownership, accountability, and entrepreneurial drive
