Job Summary

• This role is responsible for leading complex and high-risk employment investigations across a multi-state organization, ensuring fair, thorough, and legally sound investigative processes.
• Essential duties include conducting investigations involving allegations of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wage & hour concerns, and policy violations, as well as developing investigation plans and preparing detailed reports.
• The role offers a base salary range of $115,000–$125,000 annually, plus performance-based incentives, and a generous benefits package.
