Eltropy is seeking an experienced Onboarding Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Telephony to join their remote team, focusing on deploying cloud-based telephony solutions for credit unions and financial institutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telephony engineering, particularly with CCaaS and UCaaS platforms, and will work closely with onboarding managers to ensure seamless client integrations

Job Summary

  • Design, configure, and deploy CCaaS and UCaaS solutions tailored to credit union environments.
  • Partner with Onboarding Managers to execute technical onboarding for new credit union clients, including network assessments, call flow design, and go-live support.
  • Advise clients on telephony best practices, compliance considerations (NCUA, CFPB), and security posture relevant to financial institutions.
