Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Must be at least 18 years of age
Ability to work flexible schedule including nights and weekends
RAMP certification required or provided upon hiring
Physical mobility for standing and lifting up to 50 pounds
Knowledge of Legends food and beverage program
Nice-to-have
Basic knowledge of food preparation and service standards
Experience with FOH POS and BOH inventory systems
Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced settings
Preferred SERVSafe and City of Philadelphia Food Safety Certificate
Key Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
English reading, speaking, and writing proficiency
State and local alcoholic beverage service requirements
RAMP certification (can be provided)
Ability to lift 10-30 pounds occasionally 50 pounds
