Job Summary

  • This role will be at the forefront of Capital One's Global Expansion effort and drive Data Management excellence across HR’s global Workforce footprint.
  • You will ensure international workforce data and externally shared data (XDS) related risks are monitored, controlled, and mitigated.
  • Partner with HR Risk Office and Privacy teams to centralize oversight and achieve well-managed global workforce data.

Salary

McLean, VA: $108,900 - $124,300; Richmond, VA: $98,900 - $112,900; Bonus/Equity: Performance based incentive compensation; Benefits: Comprehensive, competitive, and inclusive set of health, financial and other benefits

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
  • At least 5 years of experience using Microsoft Office or G-Suite
  • At least 2 years of experience in Data Management Control processes or Risk Management activities
  • At least 3 years of Process Management experience
  • Knowledge of GDPR and PIPEDA Privacy Laws
  • 4+ years of experience in Data Governance
  • 4+ years of experience in Process Management
