Job Summary
This position provides clinical leadership, and financial and personnel management for the Non-Invasive departments in Cardiac Services.
Leads change by developing, implementing and evaluating quality and process improvement initiatives of the department in conjunction with the director.
This position functions as a leader, resource and mentor, ensuring patient care and operations are efficient, accurate and uninterrupted for the assigned departments.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in related Health Care field or equivalent experience
BLS certification required
Five years recent cardiac/pulmonary rehab and/or Non-Invasive CardioVascular Testing experience in a hospital setting
Previous supervisory experience
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective communication and working relationships
