The role involves leading the development of power management products including LED drivers, SiC/MOS/IGBT/motor/GAN drivers, switches, and e-fuses for consumer, industrial, and automotive applications.
Candidates will be responsible for mentoring junior engineers, owning multiple analog IPs from definition through manufacturing release, and resolving complex analog problems.
The position requires extensive collaboration with verification, physical design, systems, and test engineering teams to ensure successful tapeout and production transfer.

Key Requirements
