ANSER is seeking a Domestic Mergers & Acquisitions Case Analyst to support the Department of Defense in analyzing domestic M&A transactions that may impact the Defense Industrial Base. The role requires a strong background in analysis, research, and communication, particularly in relation to national security and financial transactions

Job Summary

  • Monitor, research, and analyze domestic mergers and acquisitions involving major U.S. defense suppliers to assess potential impacts to the Defense Industrial Base.
  • Conduct due diligence, prepare analytic products and briefings, identify risks and benefits to the Department of Defense (DoD), and supporting interagency coordination related to M&A reviews.
  • Manage multiple concurrent cases and analytic decision points while evaluating companies across multiple investment tiers and proposing courses of action.
