Job Summary

• Responsible for participating as an individual contributor in project teams, troubleshooting operational issues, providing technical solutions to operational problems, new product implementation, implementing existing products and services and the overall upkeep and maintenance of designated areas of engineering.
• The Authentication Services Team are responsible for the user experience with regards to authentication at Sky with such technology as Active Directory, EntraID, DNS and DHCP.
• The role will include providing BAU support to Authentication Services, delivering effective and timely support for Authentication Programmes & Projects, and identifying and proposing improvements to the services provided by the team.
