Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR related field and 2 years managerial experience supervising salaried Associates; OR 4 years managerial experience supervising salaried Associates including 2 years HR management experience
  • Experience leading HR or People initiatives for a multi-site or geographically dispersed workforce
  • HR Management, Retail Experience
  • PHR or SPHR CERTIFICATION
