Job Summary
As the PMO Lead for CD GBS in the Philippines, you are the primary custodian of the KOA 2.0 Business Case execution within one of our most critical Hybrid markets.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the GBS roadmap, ensuring that "Process, Tech, People, and Agency Consolidation" initiatives in the approved business case moves from strategy to realized value.
Design and execute a robust change management plan to upskill local teams and transition mindsets from "traditional" to "GBS-integrated" ways of working.
