Job Summary

  • As the PMO Lead for CD GBS in the Philippines, you are the primary custodian of the KOA 2.0 Business Case execution within one of our most critical Hybrid markets.
  • You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the GBS roadmap, ensuring that "Process, Tech, People, and Agency Consolidation" initiatives in the approved business case moves from strategy to realized value.
  • Design and execute a robust change management plan to upskill local teams and transition mindsets from "traditional" to "GBS-integrated" ways of working.
