The Senior Talent Sourcing Partner is responsible for the identification & delivery of exceptional professional and executive-level candidates for J&J’s critical talent priorities globally.
Demonstrate creative thinking and innovation to develop and deliver highly effective sourcing strategies and innovative digital outreach campaigns.
Use multiple capabilities including digital talent development, innovative technology, data, research, and analytical insights to drive J&J’s talent attraction strategy and directly build talent pipelines through J&J’s Beamery TRM system.
