Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher AND five (5) years of manufacturing/engineering experience
  • High School Diploma/GED AND nine (9) years of manufacturing/engineering experience
  • Five (5) years of manufacturing experience in Controls, Robotics, Data Analytics, and/or Project Management
  • Experience with Automation systems and methodologies
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools
  • Strong project management skills
  • Training and experience in Lean methodology, statistics, SPC, DOE, and Six Sigma
