As the Customer Banking Specialist in our Runaway Bay Branch you’ll have in-depth conversations with every customer about how we can support their overall banking needs.
You will support customers with enquiries, maintenance on accounts and process applications for credit products, and complete Financial Health Checks.
You will educate and demonstrate our in-branch technology and digital banking options to customers, problem solve and provide effective solutions.
