Job Summary
Accompany the Head of Retail Operations Projects in managing the international Retail Operations community and working on Retail operations, customer experience, and boutique performance monitoring projects.
Contribute to coordinating projects impacting Retail, consolidating the 'Roadmap 360' with all Division stakeholders, and acting as a point of contact for Retail projects from the Markets.
Participate in organizing and animating Retail governance instances between the Division and the Markets, including meeting organization, agenda definition, and synthesis writing.
