Base: $105,600.00 - $140,700.00 USD Annually; Bonus: Incentive pay program based on company and individual performance; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, retirement plan, paid vacation, and vehicle discounts

Must-have
3+ years guiding dealership fixed operations
Proficient automotive technical knowledge
Knowledge of EV technologies and battery performance
Experience with technician training programs
Ability to travel up to 50% frequently

Autonomous time management and prioritization

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
