The role leads project design, planning, monitoring, evaluation and learning processes aligned with the World Vision LEAP framework and humanitarian accountability standards.
The position involves capacity strengthening, coordination of training, and ensuring functional humanitarian accountability mechanisms across projects.

Key Requirements
Minimum three years community-based programming experience
At least two years monitoring and evaluation experience
University degree in Social Sciences or related field
Proficiency in English and Somali
Computer literacy including MS Office and statistical packages
