  • This key leader will have accountability across the Americas, partnering with senior executive stakeholders to support the definition and execution of a learning strategy that drives business needs and objectives.
  • Responsibilities include leading a team of learning professionals to assess and diagnose learning needs, create and implement scalable solutions, measure impact, and evolve programs, while also designing and overseeing comprehensive global learning programs.

  • Demonstrated experience building productive relationships with HR colleagues
  • Master’s degree in Organization Development or Human Resources preferred
