Job Summary
The Pfizer Payroll Associate is responsible for the timely and accurate execution of all payroll activities and operations for assigned payroll cycles/populations.
This role requires collaboration with multiple teams including People Experience, Legal, Digital, Finance, and vendors to ensure payroll accuracy and system functionality.
The position is hybrid, requiring presence in the Costa Rica office 2-3 days per week or as needed by the business, and is not a remote role.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources or related field or associate degree with 4 years relevant experience
Experience in Payroll, Accounting, or Human Resources
Good written and verbal English
Certified Payroll Professional or similar designation
Ability to work in Costa Rica office 2-3 days per week
