Job Summary

  • The Pfizer Payroll Associate is responsible for the timely and accurate execution of all payroll activities and operations for assigned payroll cycles/populations.
  • This role requires collaboration with multiple teams including People Experience, Legal, Digital, Finance, and vendors to ensure payroll accuracy and system functionality.
  • The position is hybrid, requiring presence in the Costa Rica office 2-3 days per week or as needed by the business, and is not a remote role.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources or related field or associate degree with 4 years relevant experience
  • Experience in Payroll, Accounting, or Human Resources
  • Good written and verbal English
  • Certified Payroll Professional or similar designation
  • Ability to work in Costa Rica office 2-3 days per week
