Job Summary
To keep all equipment in good repair with a minimum of downtime by providing day to day maintenance of the hotel under the direction of Engineering Management.
Be able to evacuate the system and change components including the compressor.
This position requires basic skills in the following areas - Heating system, ventilation systems, air conditioning systems, chiller / boiler controls, safeties, expansion tanks and make up systems, cooling towers, supply fans, fan coil units, and condenser loops.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
HVAC/Refrigeration Mechanic discipline
Troubleshoot equipment professionally
Maintain chilled water fan coil units
Maintain walk-in coolers, freezers, and fridges
Maintain all ice machines
Nice-to-have
Willing to train and instruct other staff
Strive to become an independent mechanic
Genuine heart and luxury with genuine heart
Key Requirements
Ability to read and interpret documents
Ability to write routine reports
Legal ability to work in The Bahamas without sponsorship
