Job Summary
Manage commercial Plumbing projects from start to completion to include preparation of estimates & takeoffs, purchasing of material, leasing equipment and scheduling employees.
Work with clients, design professionals and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials.

Key Requirements
Minimum 10+ years' experience in construction management

Associates / Bachelor's Degree in Construction or Engineering preferred
HS Diploma/GED required
