Essential duties include participating in planning and conducting activities, communicating effectively with various stakeholders, and assisting in developing monthly activity calendars and maintaining attendance records.
The role involves assisting with resident assessments, care plans, and discharge planning, as well as arranging transportation for residents when necessary.
