Lead as Global Product Group Controller for Group Insurance Programs, overseeing ~70 countries, 250+ reporting units and an annual Premium cost between 65–70 MUSD.
Provide structured business insights by analyzing OpEBIT, EBIT and OCF versus APP and Forecast; clearly explain variances, highlight risks and recommend mitigation actions.
Act as key finance interface between Corporate Finance, Regional Controllers and Insurance stakeholders, driving alignment, simplifying the operating model and leading standardization and automation initiatives across the controlling framework.
