The Assistant Manager Cafe will be responsible for the daily operations of the restaurant, embodying the Company’s brand standard with a high level of professional and personalized guest service.
Key responsibilities include supervising floor service, cashiers, ensuring compliance with health and fire regulations, managing schedules, coaching staff, and handling guest requests and reservations.
This role requires experience in high-volume restaurant management, basic computer proficiency, excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work varied shifts.
