Job Summary
Perform and coordinate activities of workers engaged in on-site rail car moving, which may also include track maintenance, rail car repair, rail car washing and loading service, in-plant trucking and workers engaged in pipeline and transloading activities.
Maintain a safe working environment, train employees on procedures and operations, and identify/develop employees for leadership roles.
Manage the operation ensuring all aspects of the contract are met, including payroll, fuel costs, and equipment maintenance.
